Our Process
Our technical and design teams follow a systematic process to ensure every Modular OT project is planned accurately before production and installation begins.
From Planning to Perfection
BOQ & Specification Review
Our technical team reviews the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, project requirements and available documentation.
Site Assessment
We visit the site to assess the OT area and take actual measurements required for design and execution.
Client Consultation
We conduct a preliminary discussion with the client and project stakeholders to understand functional, technical and operational requirements.
Design & Engineering
Our design team prepares the required Modular OT drawings, layouts and service coordination documents.
Drawing Approval
The proposed drawings and layouts are submitted to the consultant or authorized authority for review and approval.
Production
After approval of the drawings, production of the Modular OT components is initiated according to the approved specifications.
Site Preparation
Before installation, required civil, electrical, HVAC and plumbing provisions are completed according to the approved drawings.
Installation & Execution
Our site team carries out installation according to the approved layout and planned step-by-step execution process.
Testing & Commissioning
All installed systems and equipment are tested and commissioned to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Final Handover
After final inspection, required documentation is completed and the Modular OT is handed over to the client for operation.
Pre-Execution Requirements
Site Readiness & Client-Side Requirements
Before installation of the Modular OT begins, certain civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility provisions need to be completed at site.
Your website can present them as a checklist:
Civil & Structural Preparation
- OT floor level to be maintained as per the approved project drawings and site requirements.
- Door opening dimensions to be prepared as specified in the approved drawings.
- Required openings for HVAC supply and return ducts to be provided.
- Required PRD (Pressure Relief Damper/Device, as applicable to the approved design) provision to be completed.
Plumbing Requirements
For the scrub sink:
- Floor drainage provision
- Hot water supply
- Normal water supply
- Required electrical socket provision near the designated service point
Electrical Requirements
- Required UPS power supply provision as per approved electrical load and project design.
- Required electrical provisions at the DB / isolation panel location.
- Copper earthing provisions inside the OT as per the approved electrical design and applicable requirements.
Communication
- Telephone / communication cable provision at the designated surgeon control panel location.
Important: Because these are project-specific engineering requirements, I recommend publishing the final dimensions, loads, levels, cable sizes, earthing requirements, etc. only after your technical team verifies them against your current specifications and applicable standards.
